Question 1

How is a digital download different from a print-on-demand gift?

Accepted Answer

A digital download is a file for use on a device. A print-on-demand gift is a physical item made after an order and delivered to an address. Tallywisp Goods’ current catalog is for digital product listings; it does not describe a printing or shipping service. Check each product page for its format and included contents.

Question 2

What does a specific product include?

Accepted Answer

Each published product has its own details page with the contents, format, price, and purchase information supplied for that listing. Browse the catalog and open the product you are interested in; details can differ from one listing to another.

Question 3

Can I check out on the site right now?

Accepted Answer

Create a shopper account or sign in, then choose Buy on a published product page that is ready for checkout. Checkout uses a secure hosted payment page. A listing needs a supported USD price, an attached digital file, and connected payments before it can be purchased.

Question 4

Will a digital file download automatically after purchase?

Accepted Answer

After payment is confirmed, the product appears in Purchases & downloads in your account. Sign in with the same account you used at checkout to download its file. Each download request checks that the purchase belongs to your account.

Question 5

Are printing or shipping included with a product?

Accepted Answer

The current catalog does not configure print-on-demand, printing, or shipping. Do not assume a product is a physical gift; its details page states the format and current purchase information for that item.
